Thanks for visiting my website! I’m pleased to share information about my recent venture as a REALTOR© with Platinum Star Properties in Palm Springs! I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (Antioch/Pittsburg); then I lived in the San Fernando Valley (Thousand Oaks); Phoenix, Arizona; Reno, Nevada; and finally to the Coachella Valley (Cathedral City) in 2011. I earned my real estate license in March 2021. I love working with buyers and/or sellers as well as people who are interested in long-term rentals. My goal is to help my clients find the home that works best for their needs. In 2022, I was surprised at the Platinum Star awards dinner in November to receive three awards – Rookie of the Year, Million Dollar Club, and Top Producer for the entire firm! I belong to several networking groups in the Coachella Valley area as well as nationally. With a friend, I started a local networking group. Coachella Valley Referral Partners is now in its eighth year, and we have grown the group from four members to approximately thirty-five. As a result, I am well connected here in the Valley, and am usually no more than two or three degrees of separation from finding a professional to solve almost any problem my clients may encounter. My motto is, “You can’t sell what you don’t see!” Every neighborhood is different, and with my experience in this market, I can usually tell when a property is properly priced. My primary hobbies are tennis and singing. I have played competitive tennis for almost 50 years now, and I still love hitting that little yellow ball! I have been singing in gay men’s choruses since I was 23, and have sung with the Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus since 2012. I am also a “reader.” I am seldom found without a book nearby, and I read a very wide variety of (mostly) non-fiction, especially biographies and history. I am also a published author (Leading the Parade, Scarecrow Press, 2002; Bears in the Raw (co-author), 2019).
